"Serial conman" Korean, Eddie Kang still going!
I am following this case with immense interest, and with the hope that someone will finally put a stop to Mr Kang before he negatively impacts on anyone else's future.

DISTRICT COURT - 22 MARCH 2019
Mr Kang was due for sentencing on the 22nd of March at 9:30am at Parramatta District Court. Please see below.
The District Court has confirmed that Kang's appeal from his conviction has been adjourned till December 2019. I will post the decision here once it is available.

It was dismissed but indicates that the Minister is still going through the visa cancellation process.
I suspect that whatever happened during the District Court proceedings on 22 March will have a big impact on the Ministers decision.
NCAT
A Senior Member (AM SC) of the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) wrote to me last week stating as follows:
"I am writing a decision in which I will be ordering him personally to pay one of his victims $30,000"

Last week, my colleague reported the following to me in writing:

The website (rsmsaustralia.com.au) also had the Lion symbol from Singapore Oil which in my view connects Kang to RSMSAustralia.com.au.
PERSON ALERT LIST
Lastly, I hope that Mr Kang has been added to the Person Alert List (PAL) just in case he tries to skip the country to avoid payment of court-ordered fines and debts due. The PAL is part of the broader Movement Alert List, and is an electronic database managed by the Department of Home Affairs. It relies on intelligence streams. I am hoping this article is a good summary, of the pile of evidence against Mr Kang. In May 2018, the PAL had 15,492 people listed because of organised immigration malpractice, and another 7830 because of identity issues. Hopefully Mr Kang is one of those on that list.

There is no way that anyone can get a single penny back from him so get over it. It’s possible he would have escaped from Australia which makes things even more harder now. His numbers are not answering!! Only way to contact him is through the apps such as telegram and wechat etc

He is a big scammer , he trapped us on fake process and deal big money and his all staf are shit! He took our 35 thousand dollar for rsms sponsorship and than he out of contact and his office staf didn’t want to talk about it,than we went Fair trade Paramata nsw to complain about this Korean dog but unfortunately fair trade didn’t take any action to him ! Now we planing to go high court!

He already leave the country in August 2019 on some fake Korean passport my friend tell me that and she was worker for Eddy in the 80 Mount street North sydbey owing so much wages he never pay her. He did not appear for any court cases after this. He ran away and no one can find him. Very sad for us victims.

Yes he facing lot of court case in Australia... but I guarantee he won’t turn up to your case. Like he did t in my case. He is gone and not coming back. Nobody will get any money back. The lawyers don’t know - they taking your money to find out what we all know already., he is gone. Wait and see. He is close the business in 80 Mount Street and not doing anymore, he gave all the record to Sean/Ken Park and ge run away. So where is he then? This is not fake news. Wait and see.

I used to work for the person in 2015 only for 3 weeks.
The so-called service that he provides is using the loophole.
What I was doing was basically looking for the business owners who are interested in getting side cash income.
The business had to have such income that can meet the criteria to be a sponsor and had to provide the valid business licenses, and I had to post a job hiring postings on websites or local newspapers.
And the applicants had to write or we wrote the CV for them
And on the behalf of the migrant agent they hired, used the agent ID and information, I personally filed a visa application in front of applicants.
In the beginning I thought I was working for legit place and all seemed legal.
Then I realised that they use the sponsors multiple times when the application was exceeding the limit of the person who the sponsor can hire, I was told not to give much concern about actual result to be granted.
Since actual application was made, and it was technically not illegal, probably he could get away from it.
I was told that he has 3 different citizenships: US, Korean and ANZ which cannot be possible unless South Korean government is unaware of the situation.
He knows the law really well as I was told he himself is deeply involved in law field.
I walked out even not getting the last 2 weeks worth of income at one point I helped a family from India to finish the application.
I am still feeling guilty thinking of the mum and dad and their son having hopes in their faces and I realised the result will not come out as they expected.
There were some Chinese lady sitting outside of the office door and personally heard the argument going on in his office over the phone.
Hopefully, Australian government will fix the loophole and stop creating the victims.
