Pleasingly since then, a number of Migration Agents have since signed up with Nexus Partners and can now refer clients to a number of banks & lenders for residential and commercial lending purposes.
Nexus Partners are now pleased to announce the addition of a new lender to their panel who can provide specific funding solutions for the following categories:
· Australian citizens or permanent residents working overseas (with one applicant working in Australia)
· Non residents residing within Australia on the following visas (309, 457, 475, 487 & 820)
· Permanent residents on the following visas (100, 119, 120, 121, 126, 134, 175, 176, 801, 855, 856, 857, 885, 886 & 887)
Both fixed & variable rate home loan solutions are available, some with 100% Offset facilties.
