Our goal at ImmiSys is to consolidate all functionalities into a single system so that You need only one system to manage your immigration and education business. We have already built in email, task management, invoicing and a drop box like file management system recently. We will soon add calendar to the system. For accounting, our plan is to build an accounting system within ImmiSys rather than integrating with another system. Form filling is also part of our plan. But when we do it, we will do it differently and we will do it right.

Hi Robert,
You may want to consider looking at something like Xero instead of developing your own system. For years I didn't know how to manage my client account well. Now I can produce quotes, invoices, payments, prepayments, purchases (of visa applications, skills assessment applications), transfer between credit cards and banks statements and so on with Xero. So preparing BAS, P&L, Balance Sheets is all very easy. Having Immisys sitting with this would be Ideal.· Liana - Allan likes this comment. -

Hi, Jeremy, I appreciate your view. Apart from being a RMA, I am also an accountant, a fellow of Institute of Public Accountants. I recently received quite a few enquirers from several accountants who were tasked to find a suitable software for their migration and education agents clients. After comparing all the alternatives on the market, they all chose ImmiSys. After some discussions, we accountants all agree that generic accounting software including MYOB or Xero have their own limitations. Put simply, they are not designed specifically for Migration and education agents. Therefore they are ineffective in managing clients accounts. For that reason, we intend to create an accounting software built in ImmiSys.

I am going to talk up the offer of a 50% discount for 3 months. I have seen some of the Demos and have been impressed with the application. I am happy to see that they make no attempt to fill out the Immigration Forms. Those applications that do that (Leap, Officio) do it very badly, meaning that you end up filling out the forms yourself. The is because of the dreadful form design by the Department.
Immisys has built in client account management. I would like to see Immisys to be integrated with the Xero accounting package. I can manage my client account in Xero very well using its prepayment functionality.
