Isn't it weird that Home Affairs seems to have "system" problems right on the cusp of wholesale changes to the 457 system. It is probably the same problem that saw masses of 457 applications sat on even before the PM made his announcement in April of last year about abolishing the 457. If that wasn't bad enough the Citizenship section sat on applications whilst the NEW Citizenship regime was tweaked but ultimately crashed and burned. Coincidence?
