Immigration scam passing off as DIBP
Migration Alliance is in receipt of the following documentation in the last hour:
"Please see the attached. Unfortunately these are low quality scans I've been given, but it's sufficient to see this is a scam with an email address intending to pretend to be the Australian government. This was sent to a contact in Malaysia.
The email used is This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
and claims to be from the "Australia Resettlement Office"."

Imagine the next big internet scam being built around data lawfully obtained from skillselect through a legit Auskey.
DIBP had better mitigate its risk...too much data, easy access, vulnerable consumers...as they say sh*t attracts flies.
