Last year the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) developed six information videos to help people become familiar with our role and important aspects of our processes.

The videos include:

1. About the AAT
2. Applying for a review
3. After an application is lodged
4. Attending a conference
5. Attending a hearing
6. Decisions

To assist people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, the videos have been translated into:

•          Arabic
•          Farsi (Persian)
•          Mandarin
•          Punjabi
•          Serbian
•          Urdu
•          Vietnamese

All these videos are available on our website and YouTube channel.

We encourage you to share these resources with your staff and clients, if appropriate. To assist, we have prepared some messages (as attached) that can be used for your own communications.
