In my opinion, is not a disgrace to National but is a story how hypocrite they are and they are creating a situation that they are being exploited.

I know many Indian students they come to Australia not for study but their main purpose intention is only to get stay in Australia, to get a visa, permanent Visa or Citizen in Australia.

In India, their education in better especially Master, PHD why they still want to come here and further study?

    Arent they hypocrite?

They just register to study here just for the sake of getting visa here.

After they register studying here, they just work every where cash in hand never pay tax to the government... as a taxi driver, cleaner, they dont mind below average salary..they steal all the job opportunity in Australia

That is why for those who migrated here as a skilled migrant, they so difficult to get a job there

So this is not an exploitation. They make themself a disgrace to Australia society.

To solve the root cause of the problem, they shouldnt come here to study here just for the sake getting permanent Visa and subsequently becoming a resident here.

Data confirms that great majority of 457 visas are granted based on sponsorship/nomination from very small companies with few employees, and in lot of cases these positions were created for purpose of enabling visa holder to remain in Australia

What data are you referring to? Your comments are opinion not fact.

The research actually shows that the vast majority of companies sponsoring under the subclass 457 visa program are compliant with their obligations and doing the right thing.

The reality is that the subclass 457 program has been very successful in achieving its objectives.

It seems that the 457 program always comes under attack around election time as it is a soft target which can be demonized by reporting on the minority who try to exploit the program.
