Although applicants must still lodge their Parent visa application on paper, they can now import their application into ImmiAccount once the Department has acknowledged receipt.
Importing into ImmiAccount provides access to several online services, including:
Uploading supporting documents,
Viewing messages from the Department,
Updating personal details,
Checking the application's status.
This new functionality applies to all new and existing Parent visa applications, except for Parent (subclass 103) visa applications lodged before November 2018.
