Tomorrow, William Levingston, son of Accredited Specialist Immigration Lawyer, and Founder of Migration Alliance, Christopher Levingston, makes his CPD presenter debut with Legal Training Australia. William is also an immigration lawyer, and has a striking resemblance to his father!

Hi William congratulations. On the vexing issue of Labor Market testing in relation to 482 visas. two years ago I had a refusal as the salary was not mentioned at the front of the ads but rather in the backend of Seek and Career one. I can see nothing in the regs that says the salary must be at the front of the ad and I am due to go to the AAT to confront this Issue. Do you have any word of advice? Do you think I have a chance of winning?
