Sanctioned Migration Agents required to pass the Capstone
It has been brought to our attention within a private Facebook group (Capstone Exam Study Group), that decision records from the Office of the MARA are starting to require sanctioned migration agents to pass the Capstone. The earliest decision record which contained this requirement is reported to be from 2018. The decision record contains the following sentence:
"Agent has passed the Capstone assessment offered by The College of Law (Limited) to assess the Agent’s ability to meet the Occupational Competency Standards for Registered Migration Agents"

May are registered Layers who wish to speacialise in Migration not required to sit the capstone test?
Whilst I share concern that there is a mismatch between the Grad Diploma and the Capstone test failure rate, having looked at the Capstone example tests question I am of the belief that the problem would appear to be with the Grad diploma delievery. Surely it is not just one university whose graduates are failing to pass the capstone. Maybe We need a graded system smilar to the Lawyers practicing certificate, I have read nothing about this issue on the MIA forums. Why is that??
