    I had same experience last month and raised the issue with case officer. The case officer is grateful for noticing this mistake and I was informed that the request they must not be married pursuant to Australian laws is generated by system and the DOHA has started looking into it after I alerted them. By the way that request is not valid for onshore applicants.
