Scammer in Australia selling Fast-Track Defacto kits

Please beware of this person and this advice offering 'powerful case officer insider tips' and how to make a visa application so that 'your case officer will want to rush your application through'.

He says that 'a migration lawyer cannot actually lodge your visa application for you.  Only you can do that'.

He also says, as an unregistered scammer would, that 'we should be charging more than an immigration lawyer'.

http://fasttrackyourdefacto.com/public/pages/31053158-1bcd-4917-9525-e72c22e3c77d.html

For example, the part in there where he says that he would be deported in 3 months if he didn't have a visa.

Perhaps if he took proper advice then he would understand that Bridging Visa As exist and that there was no rush.

The whole basis for this video is fear.

I am going to buy the e-guide now so I can have a look and go through it, then send it to the DIBP investigations and the OMARA.

Unregistered Practice in Australia carries heavy fines.

Use a Registered Migration Agent.

Why does Immigration allow such scams to persist?
His video is full of lies and incorrect information.
The presentation is very slick and pushes all the right buttons for Migrants who are in vulnerable positions.
If a Registered Agent were to make any of the claims made in this video they would be quickly sanctioned by OMARA (quite rightly). Yet these scammers are allowed to fleece vulnerable migrants with impunity.

As an RMA, I propose that until the Australian Government enacts legislation as New Zealand did to prohibit all offshore agents from assisting migrants with immigration matters, all registered migration agents should go on strike by either setting up their office "offshore" and therefore having no need to register in Australia or we bombard OMARA with complaints until they do something about unregistered agents.
I have been notified by someone in the general public that someone by the name of Pauline Ullrich is saying that she works for our immigration agency. We have no such person working at this company. This is not the first time this happened; it is about the 10th time. I am getting fed with all the rules we have to abide by when offshore agents can run amok and scam innocent intending migrants out of thousands of dollars and in the process destroy lives and dreams of moving to Australia. Well done OMARA you useless bunch of idiots.
