i lodged a 457 and used job outlook, a refusal came and the reason was that the case officer said the salary wasout of range, but he used payscale with a salary difference of $20K . When i complained to the457, she said "sorry, it was a typo" he really looked at job outlook and pressed the wrong button. Can you believe it??? The team leader then after a few days said if i didnt like it, I could go to the MRT or relodge. Who can I complain to??? Please explain.
