I would like to make a valid FOI request as set out in section 15(2) of the Act, which provides that the request must:
(a) be in writing; and
This request is in writing.
(aa) state that the request is an application for the purposes of this Act; and
This request is for the purposes of this Act.
(b) provide such information concerning the document as is reasonably necessary to enable a responsible officer of the agency, or the Minister, to identify it; and

Just out of interest, I am putting my self on the list of agents who show interest.
However, may be I could apply in the capacity of Director of my Company inquiring about myself in the capacity of Agent- this might keep me "off the list" of showing interest as an Agent as it would not be me applying in the capacity of agent but rather me in the capacity of Director making enquiries about my self in the capacity of Agent.
Is that even possible?
May be that will create another list of Directors who are concerned about their Agents. Oh, I hope DIBP don’t lose track of the list of lists. I wonder how many bureaucrats are employed to list these RMA's. No wonder Democracy is so expensive.
