What a ridiculous response by DIBP, totally ignoring the issue at hand. Hoping to blur the debate with smoke and mirrors (statistics and legislation), this letter does not even acknowledge the unfairness that is being experienced by many onshore RMA's. Being in this position, I am outraged by this response and now intend to lodge a complaint with the ACCC and Ombudsman as previously requested. As well as being discriminative, this practice is restricting my trade, and makes us look unprofessional to prospective overseas clients.
