The report sets out the findings from a survey of members of the Australian HR Institute (AHRI) conducted late last year. In addition, more than nine out of 10 (93 per cent) report that they make an attempt to fill skill vacancies in Australia first, and 73 per cent report that sponsoring foreign workers has not affected their capacity to recruit Australians.
