Updated MRT-RRT application forms (M1, M2, R1) only accepted from 31 January 2015

From 31 January 2015 the tribunals will only accept applications for review made on M1, M2 and R1 paper forms with design date 10/14

Applications lodged on forms with any other design date on or after 31 January 2015 will be deemed invalid and will not be accepted by the tribunals.

The electronic forms generated by the tribunals’ online application system will remain valid.

Further information about the current M1, M2 and R1 paper forms is available on the home page of the MRT-RRT website.

    WTF?
Can the MRT and the RRT stop dicking around with their forms ?
Can they concentrate on their real job and stop this "busy" work?
Do not create additional barriers to the lodgement of applications for review, the whole 'approved form" voodoo BS is inconsistent with the statutory obligations underpinning the way the Tribunal is to do its work...see section 353(2).

The system is already loaded against the Applicant, the default to complexity is an anathema to section 353(1)
