I have just received  interesting e-mail clearly indicating, that some education offshore agents are provided with access to facilities RMA have no access to . Does it mean DIBP can trust them more than us?

It is my view, that  policy measure requiring 6 month of  trading for start up business nominating  RSMS visa applicant is illegal. PAM 3 sets up additional requirements outside legislative framework. Has anyone challenged it before ?

 DIBP has obvious difficulties with interpreting their own policy refusing to answer simple question, asked via agent's gateway . See below :

You might find intereting my correspondence with 457 manager in regards to qualifications "verification " of my client from India.  I got compleatly confused wheter my client is in opinion of DIBP  just not qualyfied or is not qualyfied criminal who  commited fraud..... so far no evidence to support any of this version have been given.

I might be wrong but in my opinion accusation of providing fabricated documnets is serious matter falling under criminal law. Accusing party suppose to present evidences of guilt before judgement.

I am wondering if anyone or any registered migration agent has an opinion on the value of "overseas referrals".

Any cases referred to New Delhi mission returned with "adverse information"?

Are clients really providing so many false documents? Or is the relaibilty of the "referral " system low?
