New Delhi 'overseas referrals' and 'adverse information'
I am wondering if anyone or any registered migration agent has an opinion on the value of "overseas referrals".
Any cases referred to New Delhi mission returned with "adverse information"?
Are clients really providing so many false documents? Or is the relaibilty of the "referral " system low?

I asked New Delhi Office to review 2 cases thta i have on hand that seams to be genuine. I woulkd like to admitt that Gus Overall and his Custome servise manger from Indian office are trying his best to sort out problems- we had teleconference on customr service issue early January . I will keep you posted if any bigger action or further developement will take place. All the best Meenu

Merry Christmas.
I am shocked and surprised too with this. But there is certainly something going on.
I think there is a need of cracking down and get some analysis done on and understand what is root cause as other genuine people are get affected due to some bad apples.
The perception of overall merit changes in their eyes and they may feel helpless too because they cannot take a call every time case by case basis which will create other troubles and delays.
I hope to hear bigger action plan - or ideas to address this.
