This sound like a Friday end of week joke. I believe it need a comma and read 'no way, you will not make Australia home', otherwise it maybe misinterpret by people smugglers as 'no way you will not make Australia home', which is the opposite way to say yes you will make Australia home and we will soon see queues of boats lining up on our shores. Because Australia Government says so.
