An RMA lodged a complaint on the Global Feedback section of www.immi.gov.au. The RMA left feedback on the DIBP website as follows:
The search engine on www.immi.gov.au is sh1t. It simply does not work. For example type in 'fees and charges' and see what you get.
Fix it.

Whilst I do agree with the sentiment regarding the search engine on immi website, I think that that sentiment might have been better expressed. Something along the lines of "frustratingly irrelevant to most data input and well below any standard that should be accepted or provided by any Government department, even one as notoriously complacent as DIBP"
No one will argue that search feature on the DIBP website is hopeless.
However, considering that as an industry we are trying build better relations between DIBP and RMA's, I don't believe such crass communication is beneficial to anyone.
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have applied my student visa on 8th March 2016 for my self and my family.
Visa officer requested to give My CV which i have submitted on 21 march but after that i haven't heard anything from DIBP.
I have put notes on my file as well as i have called twice to DIBP.
Now I am in stage where I cant think what to do next and whom to contact. one of my friend advice me to contact you guys which will help with your current situation.
Hopefully i will here something from you.
It it my humble request could you please advice me what can I do Next.
Yours sincerely
Keyur
I have to agree with him. That search engine is useless. perhaps if we all emailed the feedback unit saying that language aside the person was correct we might get some action. OOH I just saw a flying pig.
