RMAs need to be aware that there is a discrepancy on the DIBP website regarding information DIBP have posted online. This information has just been provided to us from a member RMA.
Certain occupations are incorrect and could cause confusion for some visa applicants.
For example, if you search for FITNESS CENTRE MANAGER on the DIBP website, it will take you to the following link:
http://www.immi.gov.au/Work/Pages/asri/amusement-fitness-and-sports-centre-managers.aspx
If you click to expand the job details, you will see that it is showing the Skill Level for Fitness Centre Manager is Skill Level 3.
However if you click on the link which is also provided on the same page (right above the job description) and it will direct you to ABS for the correct updated version of ANZSCO for that that occupation:
Full details on occupations from ANZSCO are from the Australian Bureau of Statistics, through the following unit group link:
Unit Group 1491: Amusement, Fitness and Sports Centre Managers.
You will see that the correct Skill Level for this particular occupation is actually Skill Level 2.
Some visa applicants may not be aware that they should be looking at ANZSCO directly from the ABS website, instead of relying on the information provided on the DIBP website, to determine the qualifications and employment experiences needed to qualify to apply for their visas.

Hello There,
The most updated ANZSCO from ABS might be this one?
http://www.abs.gov.au/ausstats/abs@.nsf/Latestproducts/1220.0Search02013,%20Version%201.2?opendocument&tabname=Summary&prodno=1220.0&issue=2013,%20Version%201.2&num=&view=
I wonder what info case officers rely upon? Do they trust their own or use the truth and admit incompetence? There seems to be no statement regarding the accuracy of info provided on DIBP website or, if it exists is very hidden.
