Breaking Australian immigration news brought to you by Migration Alliance and associated bloggers.
Migration Alliance Inc does not support or endorse Praveen Goyal in offering CPD for Migration Alliance members at a reduced rate. Emails coming from Praveen Goyal's business, ME Alliance Pty Ltd and offering our members discounted CPD are not from Migration Alliance Inc.

The Migration Alliance Incorporation number is clearly displayed at the base of this website so that there is no confusion.
Mr Praveen Goyal is a Registered Migration Agent and on 25/06/2014 established a company by the name of ME Alliance Pty Ltd. Mr Goyal likes to use the words 'Migration and Education Alliance' on his website and phrases such as 'the Alliance' in his advertising and website wording. On 22 January 2015 I published an article on this website about passing off. After this the wording on the homepage of ME Alliance Pty Ltd changed, and now states:
ME Alliance is an Alliance of Migration and Education Industry and is in no way associated with Migration Alliance Inc. (third paragraph down on home page)
Interestingly the wording on the ME Alliance Pty Ltd homepage also claims the following:
ME Alliance is an alliance of the Migration and Education industry, which is of the Agents, by the Agents and for the Agents
ME Alliance on paper is 'of Praveen Goyal, by Praveen Goyal and for Praveen Goyal', according to the information contained in the ASIC current and historical extract.
Migration Alliance Members are urged to use caution when offered products or services with the word 'ALLIANCE' in the title, particularly in the context of the migration profession.
Thanks Liana for the clarifications, and I don't think it is a professional start from Parween (or ME Alliance) to approach RMAs in such a confusing manner, it doesn't show respect for us.
By the way, the emails including ads have many spelling mistakes and in one of them sent from McKkrs, they wrote benefits as "Beneits of Training Benchmark B with McKkr's", please refer to the mail sent on 22/1 at 3:02am!!!
Hi Amera, I have not got a copy of that email 'Benefits of Training Benchmark B'. Migration Alliance is working hard to ensure that our important and valued Members understand that the two organisations are not related. Thank you for your feedback. If you receive any emails from this organisation or any related organisations could you please email help@migrationalliance.com.au?
We have received quite a lot of feedback regarding the confusion and are doing our best to ensure that we clarify the best that we can.
Nice to hear from you again
Liana
It is extraordinary to see an organization newly formed with such a close name and now using mass mailings to solicit business from migration agents. I was confused by their latest emails, and I wrote to you asking for clarification. You should take steps to protect MA.
