ImmiAccount is temporarily unavailable and showing error messages
A couple of registered migration agents have reported that ImmiAccount is not working and showing the 'an error has occurred' and 'temporarily unavailable' message on some of the attempted entries.
Approaching Christmas and the end of the year and ImmiAccount not working. Makes life pretty hard for RMAs and applicants who need to lodge visa applications before EOY shutdown.
Firefox seems to crash more than Internet Explorer so try using IE to lodge.

Prepared sponsorship, nomination and visa application today, all went well but received service temporary unavailable try again later when proceed for lodgement, client visa expires midnight tonight. The service came back just before 6.00 pm I was able to lodge the applications, however, the computer has failed to add subsequent temporary charge for both primary and secondary applicants' application, the acknowledgement and bridging visa grant letters were generated without any problem. Hopefully DIBP does not pick this up, client save $1400.
