Breaking Australian immigration news brought to you by Migration Alliance and associated bloggers.
In an effort to showcase the northern area of NSW to RMAs, and to encourage the growth of regional migration applications to the area, LTA has put on a CPD workshop event from Byron to Nimbin.
A luxury coach has been hired, complete with personal lighting for each chair and bathroom facilities and a microphone to take RMAs from Byron Bay Beach Hotel to Nimbin. Nimbin is a city in the Northern Rivers area, which is in the State of NSW.
Representatives from Northern Rivers Regional government will make their way from Lismore to Nimbin today to speak with agents as a part of the workshop.
More photos will be added to this page throughout the day. Agents report that the CPD event is fantastic.
Agents below are waiting by the coach and enjoying a morning coffee before 8am this morning. This location is just outside the Byron Bay Beach Hotel.
This morning from 8am, Christopher Levingston delivers CPD on the coach from Byron to Nimbin via microphone. All agents on the bus have their own personal lighting above their heads, plus lighting from outside. The seats are comfortable and the agents are enjoying learning in a different environment whilst viewing scenery in the Northern Rivers area.
Below, the facilitators for this workshop, Christopher Levingston and Michael Jeremy, have placed RMAs into a circular formation within the room to encourage closer discussion and personal interaction. In this way, RMAs can share their experiences to increase the learning outcomes for all.
Below is the doorway to the 'Birth and Beyond' room at the Nimbin community centre, where the RMAs are training today.

Oh why did I not hear of this.
Would have loved to attend this differently styled CPD session by Christopher and Michael. So close to home here on the Gold Coast and I still need to undertake 9 points before April.
Love the Birth and Control CPD delivery facility. Looks awesomely already, sure lots of fun.
Any further CPD sessions planned and offered in similar fashion as above around Australia before April. Would love to attend.
