All Registered Migration Agents are listed on the site of their regulating authority www.mara.gov.au, where you can also find the Code of Conduct and Consumer Guide.

The regulations of Migration Legislation do not have as a purpose only the control of entry into Australia and the protection of its borders, but ALSO the protection of those who wish to live or work or study in, or visit, Australia.
