With today’s release of data on the accelerated decline in Chinese property prices, further diversification across different asset classes in Australia makes sense. 

We have noticed many early investors who have invested 100% into the state government bonds are unhappy with the low returns and seek our help to redeem and diversify into safe, higher returning investments including fixed interest, property and equities.

The table below shows DIBP's statistics since commencement of the SIV on 24 November 2012 until 31 July 2014.
