Registered Migration Agents (RMAs) have been having problems logging into my ImmiAccount using Firefox 30.0. 

The browser keeps crashing when RMAs bring up the login screen.   RMAs were able to log into it last week.  Agents report to Migration Alliance that they have tried IE but the system has now locked their account out.  

The DIBP now reports on the problems with Firefox 30.0

Yes we have become aware that the latest version of Firefox (30) has a bug which is causing ImmiAccount to crash. We are currently working on getting a notice on our website.

Please use IE (v8 or above) or Google Chrome.
