Legal Training Australia is Australia's number one CPD training organisation for Registered Migration Agents.  Recently, Legal Training Australia (LTA) appointed Justin Rickard to deliver seminars to migration agents.  LTA is excited about this appointment as Justin has vast experience as a lawyer, migration agent & business owner, and can pass on his experience to Australian migration agents through the delivery of CPD sessions. 

Justin's favourite areas of immigration are skilled, spouse and 457, business migrants & investors.

Justin has had a fantastic professional career so far, with over 26 years of Accredited Legal Practice, (currently still practicing in the state of NSW, Australia), 22 years Specialising In Migration Law, 21 years  as a business owner, 19  years as a Registered Migration Agent and 11 years as a Real Estate Property Developer/Investor.

On top of that Justin's formal education includes, wait for it... a Master of Arts (Majoring in English Literature) in 1989 from Sydney University, a Bachelor of Laws in 1986 from Sydney University and a Bachelor of Arts in 1984 from Sydney University.

Justin was recognised and awarded by Law Society of NSW for over 25 years faithful service to the law in 2012 and since 1992 has continuously worked professionally in over 25 countries conducting  Australian migration seminars & or created joint ventures.  If that wasn't enough, Justin has personally and correctly advised well over 10,000 clients and held high level DIBP meetings in Australia and globally regarding Australian migration strategies.

For those who still aren't convinced that Justin has got what it takes to train agents, he has already    trained & supervised over 7 other current practising migration agents & 15 current practising lawyers all over the world.  In addition he has  successfully conducted Australian criminal, commercial & or environmental matters before Local, District & Supreme Courts of NSW and also migration & commercial matters before Federal Court of Australia (with counsel) and migration appeal tribunals - MIRO, RRT, MRT, AAT (all without counsel).

Justin has held Law Society of NSW committee memberships over 2 years – immigration, Local government, environment & planning law.

Currently Justin runs his practice called Justin Rickard & Associates and is the Senior Solicitor & Managing Director.  The offices are in Sydney, Nowra/ Wollongong, NSW Australia, Hong Kong & internationally.   

To top it all off the first company Justin ever worked for was none other than Allen, Allen & Hemsley, Solicitors in Sydney where he was a  Commercial Litigation (Intellectual Property and large scale insurance fraud) Paralegal.  Talk about a good starting point.
