Update 29 /11/2016 - URGENT NEWS: Edward Kang convicted of 21 counts of fraud at Parramatta Local Court, on bail and due to be sentenced on or about 20 March 2017. Apparently fair trading will be publishing something in their website in the next hour or so.

I have checked all these agents out and found their MARNs and none of their MARNs link to this business.

There are companies that currently have operations in Australia but where the head office and the location of the mother-company is offshore.
Karl Konrad and his business has been contacted for months regarding clients of Singapore Oil Pte Ltd looking for a professional solution to a complex and sad situation where they have paid sums such as $20,000 deposit for a 457 visa.
Migration Alliance has been informed that Migration Agents have also been victims of Mr Kang and used as pawns. this is really ridiculous,where people get cheated and threatened by eddy kang and there is plenty of proofs available but there is no government support on this matter even they are aware about this matter,several people complaind,many migration agent told to DIBP,to police,and lodge the case in court but as EDDY kang has got political support so its delaying the case many news paper published his news,interview took by ABC news channel,what is the sense here nothing is illigal find by the government till date are they still investigating the case or government is wating to eddy kang flee frm the country then they will act against him i think if justice delayed,justice declined,eddy kang did 2 million dollor scammed in nz and now in australia about 7 million dollar and cheated over 400 people but there is nothing done by the deaf government and gov also responsible as many people started complained a year ago could save many innocent international student so eddy kang deserve life imprisonment as he hurt peoples financially,mentally,wasted their time,many people got refused their visas,many got deported,some of even did not know their visas being cancelled due to trust on eddy kang and he living a luxurious life on people money but eddy kang would suffer sooner or later as this type of people take too much bad words from victims and die with cancer or road accident and they even taken people karma on their shoulder so i pray to god he should suffer soon ameen

Yes, Mr Eddie kang he should suffer a lot, because of the work he has done, he deserves, all the painful disease in the world. The way Australian authorities are behaving is very shameful. If this continues to behave like this, none of the student will come here, which is their second economic busters after mining.
Australian government was informed about the eddie kang fraud scam against international students, but didnot listen and allowed eddie kang to suck the bood and flesh of hard working andpoor students. How hard is here for students in australia, nobody knows except student.
I want to warn every people who want to come to Australia, donot come here, australian government is very discriminatory towards student and will try to suck you as much as he can by making more eddie kangs with tough immigration rules and english language test.
I pray eddie kang, who have sucked the wounded people would get his part of his body rotten and will gradually be spread to other parts of the body. If he had an accident, hope he would have to live without his body parts. My curse is always with you and the immigration authority who let the eddie kang do his bussiness freely would never live in peace as the person is also equally responsible in the eddie kang scam. Hope the investigation will be finished before eddie kangs funeral., lets all pray allah ho akbar, amen, jai bhola….. -

Ncat also gives decision on favour of Ted E kang. Ncat will remove ted name out from application. Company name will be saved and victim never gets money. You pay money to ted e kang but ncat will give decision company has to pay your money. What ridiculous is this!!!! And when company gets order to pay then one of their lawyer Kieran Kelly appeals to protect the company. Then Ncat appeal pannel protect the company. Ncat is hugely involved in this. In this case my suggesstion to you to write complain to prime minister Australia, canberra.

Business of selling "Hopes" and "Dreams"
Most of Mr Kang's clients are simple Nepalese, Bangladeshis, Philipinos, few Indonesians, some Srilankans (In that order). I feel sorry they are victims and have lost their life savings in the hope of making Australia home and dream of giving better future to their kids.
The others 2 major victims are Indians and Pakistanis. People of these two countries have "corruption" and "rape" stamped on their hearts at birth. Any of them would happily take Mr Kang's place if they got an opportunity. Many of them come to Mr Kang for " business tie ups". Many of them come to Australia with false degrees, drivers licence etc. They come to Mr Kang as he promises them PR by hook or crook. They are crying because they can't take it that they can also be scammed.
...what a joke of a "contract" they sign up gullibly.
1. There will be no harsh and undue pressure on cancellation of the contract. If you do so I shall call the cops and have you removed from the premises (LOL).
2. The jurisdiction is Singapore though you have applied for Australian PR and all business transaction is done and executed in Australia.
Time after time these clients are nominated to the same non approved companies and fleeced of their cash. This amounts to pre-mediation by Mr Kang. Majority of the applications are not even submitted by an RMA. This amounts to culpability as well.
The clients are really "DUMB" if not downright IDIOTS of the highest order. Idiots and mentally challenged should be in mental institutions. Why should we feel sorry for them. It is sad that this money is not used to restore sight to a blind person in their own countries. Please let these IDIOTS go back to their countries. We want smart people over here. These so called clients can't even search "Mr Kang" or the name of the business they are nominated to on "Google". It would have been the most cash saving 30 seconds of their life.
1+1+1+1+1+1+1 adds up to 7. However for the mentally challenged it is still 1. I think you need 7 to file for a "Class Action" in common wealth countries ? The CTTC and similar tribunals do not have teeth. Mr Karl who appears to champion these IDIOTS, should have known better. I think he is mostly into promoting his own business using Mr Kang as the face of "immigration scam" and directing people to his own business.
Mr Dhaval who has the last post on this blog, cannot string two words together. I am sure he must have been in Australia studying for the last many many years and working under the table. The proof that these "clients" are dumb asses is right here in this blog. Why should Australia waste resources to save them. -

I just make a complaint about their business in Fair Trading. But currently I found two websites they are operating.
Please beware there is no company name and ABN number in those websites which make people suspicious:

They are trying to extend the client market to Chinese people. One of the website is in Chinese language.

Good on you Zero for bring this to the attention of Fair Trading and to us.
These web sites have been brought to the attention of the DIBP some time ago and as callous creatures they are have given up on stopping Kang seeing his victims as only themselves to blame paying money to him in the first place.
Fair Trading have a task force on Kang now and at last there is some light at the end on the tunnel to shut him down soon, permanently. It has taken a while but in the end the result may be more satisfying for those he has afflicted harm to than what the DIBP could dish out.

I used to work for this company for around 2 weeks, I didn't realize the business has any problem until a colleague showed me a video on ABC news of New Zealand. Then I found it so ridiculous. There used to be a lady who's been looking for him everyday. it seems that she might be one of the victims. However, Eddie treated his employees nicely and the conversation with clients were very gentle and sincere. If everything is true, then he must be a super dangerous and heartless person. I dont know much about that until I found he was trying to delay my wage. actually everyone's wage. some people left without being paid. But I was very lucky that I got paid after 6 weeks delay. My last email was not strong but sincere.I dont know why he paid me finally... but Im glad that I dont work for this company anymore and I didnt get anyone into this trap during the weeks. Hope he can really learn and understand how important integrity is . May God bless him to wake up!

hi there,i am one of the eddy kang's victim as i live in QLD,so i just saw his advertisement on gumtree and talk to cult jack as he said eddy got so many business and we can easily offer 457 to my brother as he reside in NZ and very talented guy its our bad luck to trust on these people and transfer the $20000 to singapore oil pte account i first send $5000 to jack then rest $15000 to eddy company,they applied the 457 visa on just business plan there was not any business exists there as i wait 7 months to get decision then i got doubt in between on eddy activities when i call him or text him he neither answered the phone nor contacted with me after got money eddy kang never contact with anyone how this person is smart if u talk about money he first smile he say r u kidding you breach the contract i will sue u and ur brother as i went to QLD to SYDNEY spent $1000 on trip went his office there was lineup people waiting to see eddy kang all were in acute trauma coz all were student and gave there blood money to him and he dont really care he shows like he is running very credible business and have not any worry about poor students,some of the student get deported by immi aus coz of eddy kang's illigal activites,even some student did not know their visa get expired and they kept working,eddy kang is $2million defaulter in NZ was running same illegal business and now in aus but there is big fault of the government of australia if they were receiving number of complaints why they did not taken action straight away why they still long time to catch his neck,student told me that u just come first time if you want money come every day or twice a week.i have every proof against eddy and first i went to fair trading office in sydney then my case officer call to eddy but eddy told her he will be back at night to talk but did not turn back now i lodged the case in QCAT civil tribunal waiting for hearing date if anybody wants to talk to me i will more likely to talk to anyone regards
