Update 29 /11/2016 - URGENT NEWS: Edward Kang convicted of 21 counts of fraud at Parramatta Local Court, on bail and due to be sentenced on or about 20 March 2017. Apparently fair trading will be publishing something in their website in the next hour or so.

I have checked all these agents out and found their MARNs and none of their MARNs link to this business.

There are companies that currently have operations in Australia but where the head office and the location of the mother-company is offshore.
Karl Konrad and his business has been contacted for months regarding clients of Singapore Oil Pte Ltd looking for a professional solution to a complex and sad situation where they have paid sums such as $20,000 deposit for a 457 visa.
Migration Alliance has been informed that Migration Agents have also been victims of Mr Kang and used as pawns. A meeting was held tonight at 6pm in Sydney city for people claiming they are victims of Eddy Kang. The group has named itself 'Victims of Eddy Kang'. Approximately 18 alleged victims were in attendance. The next meeting is being organised shortly where the victims will avail themselves of legal representation.

Please find a new story from another victim which has been approved by the victim today without release of their name onto this website:
I am XXXXX living in sydney from 5years now recently moved to Perth. I am also one of the victim of Eddie Kang and he took $ 15000 from me but never refunded. He did ask for money and create a new and fake company to sponsor me. After i came to know about that, i withdraw my application by calling immigration officer, and ask Eddie Kang to refund my money or else i will make a complaint against him. Before he told me he is not going to refund me but at last he agree to refund me in condition.
1st condition was he is going to refund just 50%
2nd condition was we are not allowed to complain any where and we are happy about his service.
Rather than having nothing i accept that proposal and signed a new contract that he is going to refund me in September 30 but he never return my single cents.
Now i came to know that he did same thing to other hundreds of people and did same thing in Newzealand under the Name of Edward Kang. So if you can suggest me what i can do? .By any chance if i can get help to file a case for him. I just don't have any idea how to deal with this. That's why i am mailing you on regard this.

I am one of the the eddie kang's victim , its a terrible felling to be cheated but its more suffocating and frustrating to see him cheating more and more people everyday by the name of business, job offer and visa issues people from various nationalities. i want to help them but i am felling helpless myself as we have inform police and the immigration department but nothing has happened so far..its been more than financial loss because we lose our time , other possible chances and job. i had many sleepless nights thinking about the act he has done. when i went to his office for the refund, he insulted me in front of all his staffs.

Eddie Kang is a fraud person. Eddie took money for his fees and he made contract with everybody to assure their job through out their visa process. After this he always says he will take people on job trial but he keeps rolling everyone by saying next week which never comes. He even promise to refund money but after this he never answer the phone. He ignores people. He did the same fraud in New zealand and now in Australia. Eddie Kang has done this with more than 300 people recently.
He even lied to some people that he has refunded some people which is a lie. Some people said their cheque was bounced. Action should be taken to Eddie Kang he should be stopped in case he run away. Even at the airport they should stopped him.. -

We( me and my wife) have been in Australia for five yours. We were very happy after finding ourselves in one of the worlds most happiest and generous people in the world. When we first met Eddie kang, We thought that what a wonderful man he is and what a successful businessman he is. He has business in tasmania, Adelaide, sydney, melbourne, everywhere in Australia. Jack, Mr Eddie HR manager always told us that he has more than twenty company all around in Australia and his million dollar business is soon reaching to billion. We checked his company and it was all there registered. We went to eddie kang office, Mr Eddie kang showed us all, Federal court Barristers and soliciters, Migration agents working for him. All the barristers, lawyers, told us that,Mr Eddie Kang runs everything by Law, There is no place to do anything by Edward Kang illegally. He showed all the photos of his business all around Australia , Singapore and indonesia. There was no any point to misjudge him.
After seeing all these we had no any doubt about Mr Eddie kang that he is a geinuine Billionaire man. Eddie told that there are only limited seats on my nominated position. So we did not want to loose the job offered by Eddie kang in Adelaide. We told him that we dont have that much of fund, He told us that he dont need cash, credit card will also work. He said me he will look after us and he will give some discounts only for us. After this we have so much peace in our mind thinking we had given all our pain, sorrow and hardships as said in the singapore oil slogan in gumtree. But the sorrow and pain was only the beginning stepping in to the eddie's Office.
Eddie Filed my application, one week , two week, three week, four weeks, we tried to contact eddie, He never answers his phone, never answers the email. Then we went to his office to meet him, nearly after two weeks we manage to find him in office, Then we were surprised to see so many people crying,saying stories how eddie kang cheated them
I was very much surprised to see all these. We did not believe to them that time. Next day, again we went to Eddie's office, again we saw another new faces of people saying the same story. Now i was convinced to myself that i was been cheated by the billionare called man Eddie kang.
Every time we went to Eddie office we asked for the progress of our application, He kept on lying that the application was going fine. Then i asked my Migration agent, he too told me that my file was on progress. I asked tasmanian RCB to what is happening to the application. They told that i have to call my migration agent, i cannot get my own progress of my application.
I found that my application was already refused after two weeks of the lodgement and Eddie kang along with migration agent never let me know that and never gave me the outcome of my application till the date now(six months now). I found it after i complained to MARA. We were kept in the darkness and he told me he refiled my application even i told him we dont want to go anymore and dont file my application again.
I tried to track my working place where i was supposed to work. I found that it was only the letter box address not the real business. I was surprised, to how much extent people can cheat in the country like Australia. Looks like Eddie can do anything fraudelent in any extent. I told him , i am going to report to immigration and police, then he started harrassing me, threating me of his power of money and his solicitors, Then whenever i met him in office, he told me that you better be careful, Think about your wife, How can she live without you. I can come in your place and kill you at any time, He started ringing on midnight too. I started getting stressed all the time. I loose my weight, loose my appetite, loose my sleep. My body is always exhausted, tired. I always think that, if he really did what he said, then what will happen to my wife, family back home. If he can lie hundreds of documents to Australian government, then there is nothing impossible for him to do; those things always come in my mind.
I have never seen a fraud masterminded person cheating clients in front of law in the heart of city, Not even in third world countries. May be we are overseas, Thats why nobody cares for us.
I heard that DIAC has stopped taking his applications but that doesn't really matter to him because he will never let his client know his application is been rejected. Thats not the solution. Because he has the office and he is still ripping people saying that your application is on progress. And there are many people who brings clients for him for commission. I will hope, Australian government will soon take action against Eddie kang, and he will be behind bars soon, So there will be no more members added to Eddie kang's victim group and Justice will be done to victims. -

What is the MARA doing about Kang? What is the DIAC doing about Kang? Why isn't MARA doing the job Migration Alliance doing? MARA should be ashamed of itself. Investigating agents instead and acting like just because they are an agent they are responsible for every single problem. Don't they get it? Agents are most of the time the victims. They should stop asking like cops and start respecting agents who actually have more education than they do. That is another story. Someone should give the MARA back to DIMIA and tell them to deal with their useless bunch of bureaucrats. I can guarantee the MARA have not been in contact with Migration Alliance to congratulate them or encourage them in their initiative. It would just show the MARA up for what they haven't done. Go to hell MARA and stop wasting all our time. Nobody in the migration profession respects a single one of you. What is your excuse? 'I COULD'T USE MY PHONE TO TELL SOMEONE FOR 12 MONTHS ABOUT KANG'. Whatever!

i have the same story like binod but the duration he has been hanging me is more. i didnt know my application was refused till 5 months and i am waiting for my refund since Jan 2013. I do still believe that he should give my money back because of we are suffering. On top of that giving money back won't be sufficient in compare to the torture he is giving for me and my family. I have taken loan from the Bank to pay his fees. Everyday the interest goes up and up. Eddie Kang is a experienced conman. he knows how to deal with law,policies and contracts.Just opposite we are innocent we trust on him.I have restless days and sleepless nights thinking about the ditch he did with us. we do not have any fault but still we are suffering.I feel we are paying for his expensive lunch and luxury car.That money is all ours which he spends everyday. he collects money from everyone and does not do anything for us. when we tell our problem to him , he smiles,he ignore and he escapes. Even if you slap in his face , he will smile. You know why because he gets money for all our scolds, anger and course. He is heartless and ruthless person. He destroyed lots family. God will never forgive him. May he suffer in hell.I course him that when he is dies,his body will gets rotten but one one touch it.

For a normal citizen, Its enough to get arrested, when someone have drunk alcohol over its legal limit, but for this eddie kang, there is no any legal limit to get arrested. I am thinking how many frauds he have to do, for immigration department, Taxation department, MARA, Threatening people, ASIC, Fair trading etc to get arrested. And why is he so special. Do anyone got answers for this?
