1 March 2022 Code of Conduct Guidance Number 2
The Office of the MARA has sent the following email:
Please see the attached document for additional guidance on the 1 March 2022 Code of Conduct for registered migration agents, which has been prepared following enquiries from the migration advice industry. The first guidance document is available on the Code of Conduct page of the OMARA website and the second document will be published shortly.
A number of individual specific enquiries have also been received by the OMARA and responses will be provided to the enquirers next week.
Further guidance documents will be developed as required.
