A systems outage to ImmiAccount is planned from Friday 12 November 8:45pm until 12 noon Saturday 13 November 2021 AEDT to perform system maintenance.
During the outage time period you will not be able access the following online services via ImmiAccount:
· ImmiAccount
· eLodgement (online visa and citizenship applications)
· My Health Declarations (MHD) service
· eMedical
· Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO)
· LEGENDcom
· Australian Trusted Trader
· Detention Visitor Application
· APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC)
If you are lodging an application on behalf of a client who intends to remain in Australia and whose visa expires on 12 November 2021, ensure that you submit the application before 8:45pm on Friday 12 November 2021.

Suspension of BPAY Request Payment option
The BPAY payment option will remain unavailable until 12 noon Saturday 13 November 2021 AEDT.
Payment by credit card, Paypal and UnionPay are still available.
