What does it mean if the English language requirement of a labour agreement states “nil concessions”? Which requirement for a 457 transitioning to pr under a labour agreement with “nil concession” stated on the English language requirement? Which requirement will it follow, The 186 direct entry or 186 trt English language requirement? Does it mean that the 5 years continues education in English exemption no longer applies?
