The Migration Messenger Has Launched!

I am pleased and excited to announce that my newsletter, the Migration Messenger, has launched and is now available for subscription.

The newsletter will be providing the same kind of detailed, careful analysis of migration court cases that has previously been generously sponsored by Migration Alliance, and that have been appearing on the MA Website for the last several years.

The Migration Messenger can be found simply by clicking here on the words Migration Messenger or alternatively by simply entering the words "migrationmessenger.com" into your browser. To subscribe to the newsletter, simply click on the words "Subscribe to Migration Messenger" and follow the prompts.

I hope readers - both immigration lawyers and Registered Migration Agents who do not happen to be lawyers - will recognise the value that The Migration Messenger will be offering.

Along with knowing the Migration Act, the Regulations, and Department Policy, the judicial interpretations of the migration legislation is really the "fourth leg of the stool" that is essential to understanding  the current state of Australian migration law, and thus how to advise your clients accurately and fully.

The Migration Messenger will be bringing you "hot off the presses" announcements of important decisions from the courts and the Tribunal.

You will also find thorough discussion of the decisions, along with practical, down to earth suggestions about how you can use the decisions on an every day basis to assist your clients to get the migration outcomes they desire.

The Migration Messenger articles will be written in an easy to read, conversational style, just like the articles that have been appearing here on the MA Website. It's intended for the broad community of migration professionals, and there won't be any dense,, incomprehensible "legalese" to wade, or suffer through!!

The Migration Messenger will save you time, effort and money: I'll do the work of sorting through the court decisions for you, and you will be able to keep current of what is happening in the courts, and how that affects your work as a migration professional, simply by going to the site.

This is a unique resource that simply cannot be found anywhere else.

I will be sending out tweets through my Twitter account, @Concordialaw to let followers know when an important decision has been made, and when an article about that case has been posted to Migration Messenger.

And: news about key decisions will still be available for free here at Migration Alliance, and if you want full details, you'll be able to go over to the Migration Messenger if you want to subscribe.

I am really, really excited to be offering this new news service to colleagues in the migration profession!!!!!

If you have question about The Migration Messenger, contact me at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .

I do hope you will give it a try!!!!!

Thanks to all!!

Kind regards,

Michael
