Oh My God! NSW is the most corrupt State in the Commonwealth of Australia. Just recently, the NSW Ministerial Intervention was accused of soliciting "Bribes" to make that Ministerial favourable decision for the applicant on behalf of the Minister. Quiet often, the Unit has been seen to use Copy and Paste method when responding to refusals of which re numerous these days. The NSW Ministerial Intervention Unit decision makers seem to favour some RMA/Migration Lawyers over others for unknown reasons. NSW MIU has been operating in a corruptible manner for some years now and like the NSW Tax Agent Board did and which was such a corrupt and authoritarian Board to deal with they usurped the powers of other State Tax Agent Boards by proposing a one shop operation under the TASA Act 2009 creating the TPB or the Tax Practitioners Board claiming to be operating from Penrith NSW but in reality they are still in Hurstville NSW adjacent to or within the (ATO) Office (Australian Taxation Office) Building. That was because they wanted to catch or disable completely those Tax Agents whose applications and/or repeat applications to be registered the NSW Tax Agent Board had declined or refused or cancelled but who got registered when these Tax Agents moved interstate. WHAT A PITY!
