Do you have a client who has fallen foul of PIC 4020 due to an inadvertent mistake, or after misleading information was lodged on their behalf and without their knowledge?

If so, SBS would be keen to speak with them, and is happy to discuss any concerns regarding identification.

Definitely becoming more common now. Worst case was a manager attacking me because my business makes money from visas when I was doing the 3 problem visas Pro Bono.
Resulted in a serious compliant and retraining from Canberra the following day for the manager and the case officers.
Some officers are very good and professional BUT
I suspect an instruction behind the scenes is responsible for the changing attitude of case officers and many ridiculous decisions.
