Abel Prasad set to plead guilty today in Adelaide on production of false Commonwealth Documents

The following news has been received by a police detective in NSW:

Liana,
There has been a fairly long wait for this but I can finally let you know that by all accounts, Abel Prasad is planning on pleading guilty in the Adelaide Court for the production of false Commonwealth documents tomorrow (12/05/2016). I am led to believe that he is also intending to plead to outstanding ATO tax matters as well. There are still matters outstanding in NSW and possibly more to come, but that has resolved the first of my matters with him. I would wait until tomorrow to tell you this but unfortunately I will be away from my desk.
Hope that is good news,
regards

Great work, Liana. I doubt this would have come to light without your tenacious efforts. Maybe in future your voice might be heard a little earlier.

Well done Liana and Christopher. I feel proud and privileged to be part of MA.

Liana, Well done! You are the persistent advocator for consumers and the RMAs. You look the same ten years ago, but very articulate in the 7.30 Report with Leigh Sales!!!

I don't think Christopher had anything to do with this. Is the MIA going to congratulate MA?

Abel Prasad has only been given a fine, not jail time.

he is being released from custody in June.

Great work. It is the duty of all Australians to make sure Australia is not slipped down the Transparency International corruption index as a country.
