Migration Alliance's Vice-Convenor: Kristie Morgan from Victoria

Get to know your Vice-Convenor

Kristie is an Australian Registered Migration Agent, handing all types of visa submissions to the Department of Immigration & Border Protection (DIBP), as well as the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT).

Kristie established Morgan Jensen Migration in 2010.  The business has recently gone through re-branding and has recently commenced trading as Morgan Immigration Australia.

As a regionally based business owner, Kristie has a strong interest in regional migration matters, with particular skills in handling RSMS (subclass 187) submissions, and assisting employers to manage the temporary and permanent visa needs of their international employees.

A strong desire to help regional business drives Kristie's interest in promoting the needs of employers who are experiencing the effects of skills shortages.  This includes working closely with Regional Development, and Regional Certifying bodies across Australia.

Businesses who are experiencing difficulties with securing semi-skilled labour can contract Kristie to discuss the benefits of a Labour Agreement for their business.

In addition to employer sponsored visas, Kristie has vast experience dealing with General Skilled Migration mattters, including pursing state nomination opportunities, assisting with the process of obtaining skills assessments with relevant assessing bodies, and applying directly for State Nomination.

Kristie has assisted with uniting many families in Australia, through Partner and Prospective Marriage submissions, as well as parent visas.

As a Qualified Education Agent, Kristie is also a director of In2Study Australia.  In conjunction with Morgan Immigration Australia, this business assists students to enrol with CRICOS registered Australian study providers, and apply for their visa.

Kristie is currently the Vice - Convenor of Migration Alliance Australia, and is enjoying helping Migration Alliance to promote the interests of migration industry and support other Registered Migration Agents in Australia.
