OMARA have no CEO, no Acting CEO, and can't say who manages OMARA at the moment
A few people have rung the OMARA on 1300 226 272 today. One of those was an RMA.
Both times when the OMARA was asked who their CEO was, they said they had none. They also responded that Dora Chin Tan (previous Acting CEO) is no longer the Acting CEO and has gone to work in Canberra at the DIBP.
On a telephone call to the above number at 4:20om AEST today, an RMA (who does not wish to be named), spoke to Brad at the OMARA.
Brad told the agent that 'the OMARA no longer has a CEO and that the 'OMARA has been absorbed into the DIBP'.
Brad said that he could not provide information on who was managing the OMARA at this time.
May I suggest that RMAs ring the Office of the MARA themselves and see if they can get information on what is happening in there?

Update: https://www.mara.gov.au/about-us/who-we-are-and-what-we-do/structure/ Seems they now report to Regional Director of NSW and ACT (it doesn't say who it is). Advisory Board expired on 30 June 2015. Now all we need to do is find out who the Regional Director of NSW and ACT is - maybe Dora Chin Tan. Can someone let us know if they find out, please?
