Salary guide Australia 2015

Leading global professional services recruiter, Morgan McKinley, has released its latest Salary Guide for Australia providing insight on hiring patterns, talent supply, and salary & compensation trends for 2015 across the following disciplines:
  • Accounting & Finance
  • IT
  • Project Management
  • Risk and Compliance
  • Strategy
The Morgan McKinley 2015 Australia Salary Guide surveyed close to 600 professionals and found that:
  • 68% of permanent employees received a pay increase over the last year
  • 51% of salary increases ranged in the 1-4 percent bracket and a further 29 percent say their salaries remain unchanged
  • 33% of professionals in permanent employment are expecting a bonus increase in excess of 13 percent
