Documents missing from saved 457 applications on ImmiAccount
Migration Alliance is in receipt of information from a few different RMAs regarding ImmiAccount and missing documents. The following email from an RMA best describes the core issue:
"I have noticed an issue today with online applications on my ImmiAccount
On a number of my lodged 457 applications, documents which had been attached during lodgement are subsequently missing from the uploaded document list.
My colleagues in the office have checked their applications and have found the same.
It seems to only be affecting 457 applications lodged in the last month or so.
You may want to advise members as that they may want to check their lodged applications."

Wednesday, 29 April 2015Yes I have had the same. I now always triple check the next day or once uploaded that they are received and sitting correctly on the file.

Yes, we appear to have experienced this for 187s, 186's

It happened with a 186 nomination which was then refused along with the corresponding visas. All for the bargain price of $8,000.
