Hello, about the military force service/training questions, in some countries (for ex. Italy) there used to be the military service compulsory year. Should I reply "Yes" to both questions ? I've never been a terrorist (of course), I just served my country. Does this involve any negative consequences ? Thank you.

I was convicted of a petty crime in August 2014 for which I received a diversion plan in April 2015. The diversion plan is for 1 year and it ends on 31 March 2016. I have met all requirements of the diversion plan satisfactorily. My student VISA is ending on 15 March 2016 so I am in the process of applying for a Temporary Graduate 485 VISA. I answered YES to - "Has any applicant ever been convicted of an offence in any country (including any conviction which is now removed from official records)?". Should I add the same details in the comments box below?

Also, should I answer Yes or No for the question - "Has any applicant ever been the subject of an arrest warrant or Interpol notice?". I wasn't arrested. I confessed when being questioned and admitted to the theft.

I was recently convicted of a crime and had my employment terminated after working for 2 years on a 457 visa. Do I stand a chance to apply even for a student visa? Please advise.
