appalling incompetency .....OMARA has been slowly sinking for the past 10 years .....
Totally incompetent staff and massive wastage .....lets hope all staff are redeployed elsewhere ...this is unlikely .
Certainly hope Professional Standards are all dismissed and and redeployed in basic admin.... Am sure they would struggle in basic admin tasks
