IELTS results delay due to integrity

See the above attachment which came with an email this morning from the Macquarie University IELTS Test Centre to a migration agent's client in Sydney, NSW Australia.
This is the wording inside the attachment along with the IELTS logo on the top:
Dear IELTS Candidates,
Please be advised that there will be a delay in issuing your IELTS test result until IELTS results integrity processes have been completed. We thank you for your patience and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Should you have a pending deadline for the submission of your Test Report Form, please show this letter to the relevant party as proof of this delay.
We will notify you as soon as the results are available.
Please note that at the time your booked you IELTS test you were advised in clause 12 of the declaration that the IELTS Test Partners reserve the right to withhold test results (temporarily or permanently) to ensure the integrity of each test result.
We thank you for your patience.

Please accept our sincere apologies, but today many IELTS Test Centres have received a message from Cambridge English Language Assessment (CELA), to say that the results from the test of 10 May are delayed. You will see attached a letter with a message which you can use to show any organisation to which you need to show your results.
Once again, we apologise for this delay. Be assured that we will release your results as soon as we possibly can. We will send you further information early next week.

Wednesday, 27 January 2016I'm from Sri Lanka and my IELTS test held on 21st of November 2015 but still not received the results. I didn't received a mail to inform that my results would be delayed , so I gave a phone call to the test center (ACBT - Colombo ) .Then they asked me to visit them to collect results . But it wasn't there and few days later they sent me a mail stating that it will be delayed due to an investigation . it is delayed for two months and one week . I'm really worrying because , this is the my 4th attempt and I worked hard to do this exam and not received the results yet . what should I do for next and how long will it take to release the results . Please anyone give me an advice on this.

hello, i have given the exam on 14 jul 2016 and my result was delayed and it has been a month now. please anyone can tell me when it will be declared.As due to this i have not got admission in sept intake.My future is being affected by this to a great extent. Please can anyone tell me when the result will be given to me????
