Liana Allan has received a call from a TV network today requesting that she assist them to respond to a complaint. 

According to the Producer who called Ms Allan, 'someone' has emailed in a complaint stating that Migration Alliance is a private organisation, and that they have been duped by Liana Allan, or words to that effect.

The complaint apparently also suggested that Migration Alliance is not a peak professional body and that it only got its members by 'lifting a list of agents' from somewhere, or words to that effect.

This has been made possible through ongoing improvements to our internal systems and processes.

Presently, agents and applicants are required to provide certified copies of the following: photograph, proof of identity, change of name, qualification aware certificate, academic transcript, employment evidence, resume/cv, and any other supporting documentation as requested.
