Victoria University Consortium is a partnership between Victoria University and Western Australia’s Department of Training and Workforce Development through Skills Assessments International.

The Consortium is approved by Trades Recognition Australia (TRA) to conduct skills assessments for applicants seeking:

Temporary migration (457) under the 457 Skills Assessment Program
Permanent migration (GSM/ENS/RSMS) under the Offshore Skills Assessment Program (OSAP); or
Optional skills assessments for licensed occupations

Optional Skills Assessments allows overseas trained tradespeople to apply for a skills assessment in a licensed trade, regardless of their country of origin.
