Migration Agent, Joey Barnard has taken Mark Northam's position as the Vice-Convenor of Migration Alliance, accepted unanimously by the committee.
Joey comes to the role with vast experience and education, holding a Master of Migration Law & Practice (MMLP); BCouns, GCA(CW), DipProp, GCML&P, Cert IV (Celeb), Associate Degree (General Studies – psychology) and is also a Juris Doctor student.
Joey is also the Administrator of the profession's most loved Facebook Group, "Support Network for MARA Agents".
We would like to wish Mark Northam all the very best in his new endeavours. Mark and his business partner, Monica Gruszka run a fantastic immigration podcast, and some excellent online forums for agents.
Migration Alliance is very fond of Mark Northam, and it is sad to see him depart from his VC role, but at the same time we are very happy to see Mark focusing his attentions on building his newly established law firm and further interests in the profession. Mark will never be far away in our hearts and minds.
