Group 5 - The perfect candidate.

I have commissioned an advice from Senior Counsel and have now been tasked with finding the perfect Group 5 candidate for foreshadowed legal action.

I am requesting that the word go out for a candidate who is as close to perfect as against the following:

1.  The candidate applied more than 5 years ago.

2. At the time of the application the applicant met all of the criteria for the grant of a visa.

3. The applicant is married and has a secondary applicant husband or wife.

4. The candidate has a child born in Australia who is now under 10 years of age.
