Doctors on Demand (AGA telehealth)
For OSHC and selected OVHC members, Allianz Global Assistance offers customers the ability to access qualified doctors via phone or video call. This service is offered through the app 'Doctors on Demand'.
Customers can use the ‘Doctors on Demand’ app to:
- See a qualified Doctor without leaving home 24 hours, 7 days a week with no out of pocket expenses or additional costs
- Access a range of prescriptions
- Access medical certificates
